During her studies, Tasneem was exposed to evidence-based medicine, igniting her curiosity to explore a balanced and modern approach to patient-centered care.

Merve Butun is a physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical experience from Türkiye, specializing in orthopedics, especially scoliosis, kyphosis, and non-surgical treatment of spinal deformities through Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis-Specific Exercises (PSSE).

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from Baskent University, Türkiye, and completed her Master’s degree in Prosthetics-Orthotics and Biomechanics at Hacettepe University, with a thesis focused on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
